December 1st, 2008 News There's not a whole lot to say this time around.   Not yet that is.   There is a secret project in the works that I think many of you will find both interesting and enjoyable.   So keep your eyes open,and when it's time, I will share with you what this is. Some of you with eagle eyes have already noticed and addition to the site. It's not ready to go at the moment, but within the next couple of months it will be ready for you to explore. I heard from a couple of people that there were some problems with the roll-over images.   These seemed to be problems with the images flickering back and forth between the thumbnail and the roll-over. I believe I have the error that caused this fixed, but if you continue to see it, please let me know. October 1st, 2008 News Well, I have only heard from a few people about the new thumbnails in the galleries, but it seems to be approved of, so I will be keeping it, and right now I am in the process of expanding it into the other galleries.   I keep trying to make this site better for you, but if I do not hear anything, I do not know if I am actually acomplishing my goal.   So do take a moment and let me know what you think of the current layout, and what you do and don't like.   After all, this website is for you, the fan, to explore and enjoy An as always, if I have made any errors in the pages (anything not showing up, or showing up wierd), do let me know so that I can fix it right away. August 1st, 2008 News This month continues the work I have been doing to make this website easier for you to use.   I think that giving you the opportunity to see the art without having to click on the link will accomplish this. Of course, if you are using Internet Explorer, you will need to allow the Active X control to work. I don't know what it is, but IE is very picky about how it shows the new look of the Gallery. The page will still work as it used to if you choose not to allow the Active X control.   If you choose to view the gallery as I intend it to be, give the page a moment to load (as the thumbnails may not show up immediately), and let me know what you think of it. June 1st, 2008 News Okay, so this is a day early, but I won't be able to do my normal midnight update tomorrow.   I figure it's better to give early and not hear several messages about why the update is late.   There is a slight update to the way I am showing off the galleries.   I realized that with the colored art I have been cheating some of the visitors and the artists with how I have all the art under one thumbnail.   This is an issue when it comes to the art work colored by fans.   Sometimes a coilorist does several variations on one piece, or several colorists do the same piece.   With my having put all the colored versions of a piece under one link sometimes a piece (or several) are never seen by the masses. So I have fixed this with the just updated All Others gallery.   Each piece of colored art is linked individually.   No more hunting through pages to find out if there is more to see.   All the version, and variations, will be on the gallery page grouped together for ease of veiwing.   That is unless a coloring makes a piece of art so differnt and distinct that it is a wholly new piece.    In which case the new art will be title and linked to the place where it would now belong.   I hope you like finding some things that you may have missed in the past.   As always, you can find Victor's auctions at: NaughtyBids (Seller ID Rinaldi-Art.com). April 1st, 2008 News Happy April Fools Day! All joking aside, this update brings good news and bad news.   The good news is for you, the visitor, the fan, and the collector.   Ebay has for a long time now had a problem with Victor's art.   They have repeatedly cancelled his auctions for no apparent reason.   The last auction was removed less then ten minutes after posting.   As Victor has put it, "They have slashed about half my auctions in the last couple of weeks… anything that may be too suggestive, like a puffy nipple or plump puss, seems to get the ax...."    This lead to a few auctions being listed with large blurred areas over the "offending areas".   Well that didn't appease the so called "ebay police, and they got tough.   Because of this, for the foreseeable future, there will be auctions of only the most, "totally non-offensive pin-up drawing, from time to time," on ebay.   This is a good thing for you. Victor has decided to list his art on NaughtyBids (Seller ID Rinaldi-Art.com).   Because of NaughtyBids relaxed selling rules, Victor will be able to sell a greater variety of art, with image ranging from the Nice, to the Very Naughty.   And, with no Buy It Now, you, the fan that never seems to catch an ebay auction, now have a chance of winning.   Take a look at the listings (you need to be a registered user) and bid once, bid often, bid until you win.   Oh, I did mention that there was bad news.   Well, the bad news is solely for ebay.   In having made judgement about Victor's art, ebay is now going to lose some money.   Oh well...   Updates Black and White Gallery Four is now open with this update. February 1st, 2008 News Welcome to the new year. For me this starts the fifth year of this site. Thanks to you, and your continued patronage, Victor has continued to create many wonderful pieces of art.   Remember though, it is your purchasing of his art that keeps him going, and this website up and running.   So please, buy often, buy many, and buy at prices that reflect the time and effort put into the art and your love for what you see.   With your backing, this site will be around for at least five more years.   Updates Blitz Color Gallery Two is the focus of this update. With this colorist's prolific output, I had to show off his work this time around. And with almost forty -- new to the website -- pieces, I am sure that you will find something new and exciting...

December 1st, 2007 News Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Holidays! And all those other holidays both celebrated, or not. Okay, so I am early with the holiday greetings and celebrations.   But hey, don't you want me to be early with rather than late?.   And when it comes to Victor's art, isn't it always time to celebrate?   So be merry and enjoy the jolly holidays.   There's not really anything to comment about this time around that is newsworthy.   So why should I bore you when all you truly want is to see what goodies the Boobie Claus has for you this time around.... Oct. 1st, 2007 News And another update is up.   This one unveils the "R" Art gallery.   Okay, maybe you got the impresion that it may be one thing, or another, but I think you enjoy seeing it nonetheless.    So, what is the "R" Art gallery?    This is the place that all the prelims, roughs, and sketches that I have of Victor's art is shown off.   It's the place that the art that never made it to a finished piece, or Victor felt was not up to his standard of being a "finished" work of art.    Here you can see many pieces before they were reworked for auctions or commission.   You may see some pieces here that have been in past galleries, and maybe under different names.   The names in this gallery are the correct ones for the art. So don't think I have made any errors in the naming process.... August 1st, 2007 News Well, it's here!   It may not be all I made it out to be.   My original idea was going to make this site a nightmare to update, so I decided to take things in steps.   I'm trying to make minor tweaks to the site and clean up the code as I go.   I am thinking of trying a couple of different looks, but first I wanted to try something simple and see how this works.   If you, the public like what you see, then I may keep this look -- at least for the time being.   So please, do say something and let me know what you think... Updates The galleries are a mix of old and new and broken up bit more for the ease of navigation and to save some bandwidth.   (Sorry, but this comes out of my pocket so I have to be cheap sometimes.)   I've made it easier for you to find the new art to the site.   Simply look for the white borders on the thumbnails. Just a note.   The "R" Art gallery is not quite complete, and thus I am not going to debut it on this update.   What is the "R" art Gallery?   It's a collection of art that doesn't quite fit in any other black and white gallery, and so it is being put all in one place.   I am not going to give away anything, but I thought I should at least try to get you interested. I hope you like search through the galleries, finding new treasures...

June 1st, 2007 News As you can see, there isn't the update that I had wanted to show off -- but it is coming. Just be patient.   With all luck there will be many new things for you to oggle two months from now. I can't go into too many details as to why things are taking so long to change.   Some of it revolves around Victor and many disheartening things that have occured in the recent months.   As this is a website that is a collaberation of efforts, it has ground things to a halt.   And I am to blame for having put up so many pieces of art and not giving myself the opportunity to build up a reserve of more art.   I tried to give you a variety of art and didn't think to much about the future.   Feel free to scold me, but do remember that you have gotten all this for free. April 1st, 2007 News If you came here this month looking for the new site, I am sorry to disappoint you with the same old look.    Things could not be hammered out in time to revamp the look, so it's going to be at least one more update until you see what's new.   Nevertheless, I have still gone and done and update to the site, so there is new art to look at, so not all is bad.   I hope you enjoy all that is new...   Updates Gallery Six is closed.   Updates to Victor's Colors, Buffy Colors, Blitz's Colors 1 & 2, and all Others...   Yes, this is an update focusing on colored versions of art found in the Pin-up Galleries

February 1st, 2007 News Well, I'm on time this time around.   This is a somewhat smaller than normal update.   Sorry, but there are just not that many characters, or original, creations between U and Z.   Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy what is here for your eyes to behold...   This is likely the last update under this layout.   Victor has some ideas for the look and content of the site so there will be some changes.   How extensive the changes will be is not yet know, thought I know that many pieces of art that Victor feel no longer represent him will be dropped.   Don't worry, I have a year's worth of new art to incorporate into the site... March 29th, 2006 News I have little to that I can say except that I am glad that some of you are still coming to the site.   I would hope that some of you understand that life can be unpredictable and get in the way of most anything that is planned.   I'll keep this simple by saying that getting thrown from a motorcycle in to rocks does not do a body good.   Even today I am still having trouble with my right hand.   Coding a complete rework of this site is not very easy with one hand, even with a code editor.    So cut me a little slack... There will be a newly updated site online on Saturday, April 1st, 2006.   This will be the first of six galleries of new and old art.   A new gallery will be opened on the first of every other month over the following year.   However, I will be doing updates within each gallery as time goes on, and should enough art be created by Victor during that time, I may open up galleries early.   So commission Victor, and keep buying his art so there will be more to see...
